    According to FIXYA... "Richman power vent light blinking 7 times. You must turn it off and wait 5 minutes also put dial to the lowest temp. once the 5 minutes is up, turn it back on and dial the knob from lowest to high 3 times then set your temperature". If you Google your model, you can download a PDF manual.
