    Drain pipe not centered, gasket won't fit what do I use?
    I am installing a new shower pan and it turns out the drain pipe is not perfectly centered so the gasket doesn't fit. What can I use to instead ?

    Is the pipe ABS or PVC (plastic) or Cast Iron ?

    It's a concrete floor and it's off by about 1/4 of an inch but enough to make the gasket not fit in

    I think I would have chipped a little concrete away and made it fit, but a picture would bring some clarity to the situation, and maybe you have already solved this already?
