You mean sticking a finger down your throat?
Don't... tell us how you feel sick, where, what you ate today, are you taking anti-depressants, are you drinking enough fluids, are you worried, are you premenstrual?

Could it be that you feel sick simply because of eating too much? Even if you ate too much of something healthy, it could make you feel sick.

I'm really not understanding this question. What am I missing?
You feel sick but can't make yourself sick? Are you saying that you're nauseous, feel like you need to vomit, but you can't vomit?
What have you had to eat? How much water have you drank today?

Pizza, chips, tea cake and yogurts, God, I would feel sick also. Consider eating a more balanced, diet. But the medication will take a while to adjust, if the sick feeling continues, talk to the doctor who prescribed

Yeah I'm not the most health person, but just eating things I know I can kind of like as my appetite as been put of massively from the medication, and I did eat in gaps if makes sense I eat a toasted tea cake in the morning along with the yogurt and cup of tea and then had work 11:00am- 3:00pm and then came home didn't eat anything or drink anything until like 4ish, and then had the same as in the morning and then about 6ish had bit of tea. But in saying that I think it might be the yogurts as they are new in my diet, mean have had them before but not for a while as I wasn't really eating anything for a while. But thanks!
And still feeling sick now, and been sleep for about 5 hours!

With your eating, and living habits, you are supposed to be sick, and depressed.

You show all the symptoms of being a stress eater, which leads to comfort food and bad habits. Its an emotional reaction that needs the guidance of a good doctor or nutritionist to deal with.

Thank you. That makes sense, do you think I need to talk to a specialist about this?

You have enough doctors. Tell the one that prescribes the anti-depressants. But you are the one who has to work out a healthy diet. You might want to cut down on tea, unless it's very very weak. The tannic acid might be bothering your stomach. It does mine. And no Coke or any sodas, OK? I drink watered down juices, very watered down.

Be honest, does your doctor know the full extent of your lousy eating habits? I don't think so if he hasn't guided you better.

Maybe ask to talk to a dietician, someone that can help you to eat healthier, teach you about food and the proper nutrition.
What you eat plays a big part in how you feel. It's very important to have a healthy diet, a balanced diet, in order to feel your best every day.
What you're doing right now when it comes to the foods you're eating, will make you sick, will make you feel horrible. It's time to balance your diet so you can feel good every day.

Sorry!
I know you guys think it to do with my eating habits, but I took a anti-sickness tablet on Friday night, and I didn't feel sick the hole of yesterday, but the past 4 days when I have woken up in the night, I'm still feeling sick in which I don't eat in the night, I intend to sleep! Why still!

Who out there has any info on a Montgomery Ward URR 1335B sewing machine?
[ 4 Answers ]
This is an older machine, but am hoping I can use it to sew leather crafts. When it is lifted, the underplate is stamped with "Juki 201".
The parts that I can see on the underside are stamped "Juki" also.
Any information and where I might find a manual for this machine would sure be helpful....
