Had water off for a few days to repair toilet, now water won't flow.
Ballcock unit broke and turned the water off to the toilet for a few days while tracking down the right part. When the water was turned back on, there was no water flow. All other water in house works fine, including the other bathroom toilet.
I've tried turning the water off and on a few times, checking the installation of the part that it wasn't put on wrong also.

Turn off stop valve underneath the tank. Remove the supply line from stop valve. Open stop valve slightly, and briefly to see if you have water coming out of stop valve.
