5/8" flex line vs 1/2" flex line for gas stove
    Hello,

I recently installed a LG gas range, I replaced the existing 1/2" flex connector hose with a new 1/2" hose. Tested for leaks and unit tested good. (Also, installed the anti tip). My question is this, The manual states that the unit should have a 5/8" ID hose, will the size of this hose influence the performance of this unit or should I just leave the 1/2" in place. Any comments or information would be much appreciated.
    Thanks,
    Chad

You use the connector that fits you piping and the stove. Note that the description of the connector specifies the connections ends, not the size of the connector piping itself.

What you have is fine. 1/2" is plenty for a gas range.
