    Csst flex gas line
    If your are going to run the yellow s/s gas line from the black iron tee in your gas line to the gas valve on your gas water heater, do you use pipe dope on both male threads of the flexible s/s gas line?

    Hi Joe

    Yes, you pipe dope the male threads to the flexible connector.
