    Rheem model rgpj-05eauer no heat no error codes
    Induction motor does not run. Blower fan comes on instantly (heating or cooling mode) glow bar doesn't come on. Connected induction motor directly to 110 source. Runs fine, pressure switch operating correctly.

    No no flashing codes. Induction motor wiring bad. I repaired wiring. Unit comes on induction motor runs, pressure switch OK, hot surface igniter heats up, blower motor running, no 24 volts to gas valve, disconnected wires from gas valve, 24volts present. I get no error codes. Replaced gas valve, same problem. Need help.

    Sorry about the my first post, I guess I didn't read the title of your post. Your test would tell me bad valve. Does your board try to light the furnace three times and then lock everything out?

    If you still have the old valve can you ohm it out and let me know what you get?
