My Hampton Fan 'pull' is stuck. I can't turn off the fan
I have a beautiful two-year old fan, but the pull-chain is stuck and I can't turn off the fan manually. Is there anyway to free up the chain without breaking it off?

Make sure the pull is aligned with the switch. Look over the globe and make sure they are in line. This is a fairly common case if things are straight. If they are aligned, you can sometimes free the chain by listening the outside knurled nut a bit.
