We can't get hot water to any faucet, so I checked water heater and opened relief valve briefly. Releif valve released hot water? Why would hot water not get to house?

Have 2 handle kitchen faucet, cartridge stems. Hot water dripping from faucet even if hot water supply turned off. Volume of water dripping increasing over time. Changed o-ring, didn't help. Not sure if I need new hot water cartridge stem or hot water supply valve, or both.

Hi, I just noticed that the cap of the water shut off valve of my toilet is not big enough to cover up the entire hole on the wall so there is a small gap on the wall. I suspect (and hope) the plumber probably drilled the hole too big when they installed the toilet (my place is 10 years old). ...

(The new bladder & pump switch are still working. Thanks again!)
