    Starter on Ford Ranger 3.2
    I just changed it but have to cross jump on selonoid and it sounds like it partially engaged when running. What could cause that?

    have to cross jump on selonoid
    Replace solenoid.

    Some starters need to be shimmed, to work properly. See if your's does.
