Relinqishing a child. The rights a parent has after has afterwards.
I have a friend who relinquished the rights to her three children last year rather than letting them terminate. Now she just had another child. Does the state have the right to take this child if she has corrected all of the things that she needed to.

The state can do a lot of things, if they even BELIEVE the child is in danger, than can and probably will take it. Given past history.

If the state felt the need to terminate the parental relationship, that is very serious. It is a drastic step taken only when a parent is considered a danger to the children. Even if she voluntarily relinquished rather then have a termination order issued, the result is the same, the children are no longer hers.

So the agency that removed the 3 children will look very seriously at her having additional offspring. She will have to satisfy that agency that she is not a danger to the new child.
