    What are my chances of relinqishing my Ex's rights?
    I have a 7 year old and her father makes no attempt to call or support her since she was 1. He signed birth certificate but on our divorce decree he stated no children of marriage? I need to know if that will help me out in relinquishing his rights and what can happen to him for stating that on his divorce decree but sign the birth certificate?

    You probably can NOT get his rights terminated.

    Instead, file for full physical and legal custody and child support.

    Unless you are looking for this to ease the way to a new husband's adoption?
