Drilling sound through walls Pipes??
I live in an apt on the side of a pvt house. The house is attached on one side.. the rest of the block is attached on both sides... they are two family houses.
Through the walls I hear a drilling sound but my landlord said he's not drilling and maybe it has to do with the pipes. It sounds like someone is drilling for About fifteen seconds... then it stops and picks up later on. It happens a Few times every evening (prob the daytime too but I'm out a lot) Can this be dangerous? |

We have loud jackhammer sounds in our walls even when water has been shut off. The noise is random and can be heard in all parrts of our house and at times is so loud our windows vibrate. The sound is much like that of a jackhammer being used in shor bursts. Help!
I just replaced the flush valve seal in the toilet. When the water is running the pipes make a drilling sound. It happens a about a minute long.
