    Mid-cycle pain
    Hi
    I am having pain in lower abdomen accompanied with mild bleeding for last three days. I have my periods 20 days ago.
    Also I have taken an emergency contraceptive pill 14 days ago.
    Please guide what should I do to get relief from this pain. Also does it had anything to do with that contraceptive pill?

    There could be many reasons, without a medical exam, there is no way to know.

    As you should know, from reading the instructions and warnings with the "morning after pill" they can have many side effects, bleeding or pain, can be some of them.

    And of course, while rare, they can also have other more serious side effects.

    But then pain and bleeding can also be signs of other issues.

    If this continues, you need to see your doctor, who can determine if there are other issues involved
