Pipe to city is clean but basement is still backing up
The pipe leading from the house to the city is clean as a whistle. I have had it Roto-Rooted twice and finally I had the cutting camera thing done and we saw that is was clear. But for some reason the pipe keeps backing up in the basement. The waste and water doesn't always flow through. It's like the basement is acting like a vacuum at times. It's disgusting and it's really ticking me off. Someone suggested it might be a clogged stink pipe but shouldn't the plumber that was here before suggest that? Please help. Thank you, Sherri Powers.
