After city repaired street now water is backing up into basement
The city did some sewer work on the street in front of my mother's home. Since then water backs up into her basement and causes the sump pump to run continuously. The water overwhelmed the sump pump and caused the motor to burn out and the basement flooded. Help! The sump pump has been replaced but the excessive water continues to flow. How can we find out what is causing the problem?
