I have a gas wall heater and the only way to turn on and off is to open bottom of heater and turn the knob on the Dayton 3E290 valve. I want to be able to run a wall thermostat but there are no places to add the wires. What can I convert the valve to so it accepts the remote thermostate Thank you

I have the Honeywell RTH230B Thermostat. I do not have A/C. I have a gas heated, gravity system. My problem is that I have 3 wires coming out of the wall. Im confused. I am used to themostats having 2 wires. Can anyone help? View more questions Search
