    I have a 1990 Honda Civic four speed. I went through about 1.5' of flood water.
    In my 1990 Honda Civic I went through some flooded roads, about 1.5'. My car is running fine but has a continuous whine. All my lights, wipers, etc.are working fine. N you let me know what it might be?
