    Hampton Bay outdoor timer won't turn lights on
    There is electricity flowing through but the lights won't come on with any setting

    How do you know "There is electricity flowing through"? Through to what? If you have 12VDC at the fixture, the bulb is bad or the wire spikes are not connecting to the wire.
