    I presume you mean lactoferrin fecal wbc. What did your doctor tell you it meant?

    Hi mseigfried9799,

    It basically means that you have some inflammation in your bowel and elevated white blood cells fighting it. If you have been having some digestive problems, your doctor will likely order further testing.
