    It is making ice but the cubes are all stuck together
    There is ice but the cubes aren't completely separate

    Freezer temp set too low? Freezer door not sealing?
    Check the temps in the freezer and refrigerator.
    It is unlikely that this is an isolated problem (ice cube storage only).
    The possible problems are numerous. More facts are needed. Please provide more detail.
