Sub Zero 532 making hollow ice cubes
I moved into a home that has a Sub Zero model 532 refer that except for the ice maker runs perfectly. The ice maker consistenly makes hollow ice cubes. In addition, water appears to freeze on the ejection fingers requiring me to break the ice off before the fingers will move against the new cubes. I have no water leaks that I can see and I don't have any water filter that I can find. I have the freezer temperature set to near maximum. The water supply is provided by a tee in the main cold water line. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Call a Sub Zero service person for a on site repair. Those can be stinkers to work on and parts can be hard to come by also locally.
