Could I be pregnant
Hi guys wondering if you could help. I am as of today one week late with my periode, I have this sick feeling all the time like I about to throw up, have cramps, lower back pain and sleepy. My fiancée and I never use protection. It has happened before that my peroiode is late by a few days. Could I be.

You could be, not using protection is the leading cause of conception after all. If you have periods that vary by a few days than this could be one of those times. With the added stress of maybe being pregnant or other life stress your period could be further delayed. Wait another week and if you still haven't gotten your period than take a home pregnancy test and use your early morning urine. That will give the most accurate result.
