    Pregnancy constipation
    Ok my sister is 26 and pregnant (~ 4 weeks) for the first time and is very constipated. She has tried several different things and nothing works, I recommend Magnesium Citrate because it works great on me at least (25 year old man) but she is worried about it being harmful for the baby. Would it be OK for her to take this and at what dose and if not then what's a good alternative?

    Mag Cit is approved for use in pregnancy. There are also natural remedies such as increasing fluid and fiber intake. One of my favorite natural remedies is dehydrated apricots or prunes.
