    My daughter has a rash on her face now for three days. Her friends mom is an ER nurse and says she has staph infection. Do I need to bring her to the ER she noticed a couple of spots on the other side of her face? Spreading...

    Or you could go to your doctor where it would cost you less.

    Call your doctor. Staph a serious. Why aren't you already addressing this and why blow it off for three days?

    Diagnosing staph is out of your friends scope of practice as a nurse. Only a doctor can diagnose. Please take your daughter to he doctor. The ER is not necessary.

    ER is wrong place. Why would you consider that first? You take child to her doctor
