Glacier Bay toilet will not flush.
Our top duo flush Glacier Bay toilet will not flush. I have tried to purchase the replacement part and have not been able to locate. Do you have any recomendation? I would think if Lowe's or Home Depot carries your product then they should have replacement parts. However I also would think this would last longer. I have two of these toilets and seem to have problem with only one. Thanks

Contact home depot tech. support directly...with any luck the parts are under warranty and they can send a parts spec. sheet and the parts for free! Give them a call at:

    1-800-466-3337

Please let us know how this works out and update the thread...can help others down the road, OK?

    Hi Mary

Lowes and Home depot stock a whole lot of stuff, but the stuff that they don't stock (and that is usually under warranty) can usually be found by contacting their tech. support departments...;)

In your case, glacier bay is a home depot product, so contact them by calling them here: 1-800-466-3337. This number should lead you to the right people to help with this!
