Atascosa County probation violation, 2nd degree theft.
5 years deferred probation for burglary in Texas Atascosa County. 1 month for dirty UA with 30 more dirty UAs under the same violation. Picked up a 2nd degree theft charge which I'm fighting. I am guilty of pawning it but I did not take the property. I worked for the people for almost 2 years. I had access to their place of business, home and private property. I would never take from them. Yes it looks bad cause I had possession of the property but I didn't know it belong to them. I should have done the right thing and turned it in to my boss since it was found on the parking lot of his business.

They want to revoke my probation and are offering 15 yrs. I got offered saf-p but I refused. My husband and I did some work for this judge at her home so she got to know that side of me. I never brought up my case or mention I was going to court. She recognized me in court and asked every legal person she had to if they were OK with me working for her and they had no problem with it. Anyway, with that in my favor, what can happen to me? I left it up to the judge. I almost lost my mother last month. I live with and take care of her. I also have health issues.. lupus, RA, anxitiey. I had car accident in Dec '13. I hit my head pretty hard so I'm having problems with my memory. It comes and goes. I don't remember names, why I'm at a location I'm at. Can I still go to jail with health problems? Atascosa County Jail will neglect everyone's needs. They are to busy having sex where there's no cameras. I know cause I spent time in county and saw and heard too much.

So basically what am I facing? Is house arrest a prossiblity?

So you just "found" it? You seem to blame everything on something else except your own behavior and yes, they will send you to jail. The judge should recluse themselves.

30 dirty UA's and you are still out?

Time you own up to your behaviour... you really NEED to go back in until you learn to follow the law... and accept full responsibility for everything you do and the choices you make... because as an adult... you made them... you are responsible for them. Stop making up excuses for everything... because that's all they are.
