I came Sept. 2000 to UK on student visa. Later my wife join me in 2003, and in 2006 my visa was refused and still living in UK. Now I got 3 kids all born in UK. Ages 7, 5, and 1. I applied 2 yrs. before under Article 8 at home. They refused. We got representation, again, no answer. Now my first child became 7. What do I have to do according to new rules? Should I make new application or wait and see what visa they issue me on that case?

Can I get a human right visa?
