    Immigration
    I have lived almost all my life in Texas ilegally since I was 4 years old I am now 28 years old and have 5 U.S. citizen kids and I am afraid that some day I can get deported to where I am from and there is a lot of violence and killing there it is not a safe place to take my kids to what can I do to stay legally here since I have no criminal record

    Your children who are American citizens should be able to petition you to be issued a green card when they reach 21years of age. It may seem a long way, but it will be here before you know it.

    If I understand it correctly, you qualify under President Obama's Dream Act -- kids brought to this country when they were under 16 and who are now under age 30. Check with your public library's reference desk for more information and what you should do next.
