    My heil furnace exhaust blower works instantly but no burner comes on
    My heil furnace exhaust blower went out I replaced it now it comes on instantly but the burner does not fire up before it does!

    The exhaust blower should come on before the burner fires. On most furnaces the exhaust blower will run about 30 secods to as much as a minute before the burners fire.
