Hi there people can someone help me please I watched a movie a few years ago and can't remember what it's called but it was brilliant basically it's about a swat team guy and his wife celebrating there anniversary so he goes of to work she been out and got him a present then he gets a call and arrives at a house where the basement is wired with c4 and his wife is tied to the post with a case over her heart the bomber calls him and tells him shoot his with in the heart to stop the bomb or let it go off and kill him and all his swat team so he shoots his wife then makes it his mission to get this guy the movie was about 2008 to 2009

It's not a SWAT team, but you're looking for this:
Deadly Impact (2010) - IMDb...The Lion, angry at Tom for messing up his network in the Southwest USA, gives Tom a choice—there is a glass switch that can stop the bombs from detonating, but it's taped in front of Kelly's heart and that the exact location is marked with a red, heart-shaped sticker on Kelly's blouse.
The Lion tells Tom that he can shoot the switch, and therefore kill Kelly, in order to stop the bombs from detonating, or Tom can let the bombs detonate and kill everyone in the house....

Thank you yes that was bang on even quoted the exact movie description prob one of the best films of that type I've seen along side of face off and a few other I've just tried to find it on Xbox but they don't have it :-(
