A drama set probably in the English moores. Late 1970's. Dark and moody, woman in a black hooded cape, scenes of otters swimming in small streams. I don't think it is Ring of Bright Water. Also an old man I think injured in war who is mentally handicapped and constantly bangs his damaged foot in a heavy boot against the wall. Not much to go on I know but it's driving me crazy! Thought it might be Tess but don't know about the otters?
