    I would drill the wall and use lead anchors or wedge anchors. Some people drill holes, use threaded rod and set the rod in bolt setting concrete.

    White wood should never be in direct contact with concrete, do what ma suggests but install a gasket to prevent rot

    As was suggested... Don't use untreated wood (having seen what happens I always use pressure treated wood where it contacts concrete, block or brickwork)... and use some sort of moisture blocking gasket material.
