My wife had her menstruation the 14th of January. Then her menstruation is always normal, but this month February, she supposed to have her period the 10th of this month. She is already delayed for 8 days and tomorrow the 9th. She checked it 4 days ago using a pregnancy test, but negative. She is not feeling well. She is a bit sick. She has headache, cramps, and sudden appearance of pimples on her face. Then just today, She has a heavy flow of menstruation, then suddenly stops then become little flow of it. We are confused and I am worried and I don't know what is happening to her because I thought from last month that she has already a menstruation means that She is not pregnant, but my friends told me that probably that was her last. Tomorrow She will go to the OB because I am far away from her. I am working overseas. So please let me know what does she has. Is it possible that She is pregnant because of her first time having a delayed? Or false alarm? Or is she just sick? Kindly reply asap please! Thank you and more power to this site. GOD BLESS!

Your best answer will come from her OB visit. We have no idea as to "what does she has". Could be illness, pregnancy or other reason.

What happened here? It is hard to say. It could be stress, it could be illness, it could be because Canada Beat America in Females hockey at the Olympics. It is really hard to say but she's doing the right thing by going to see her OB. Women get weird periods and there is nothing that explain it except that it happened. Even the most regular women can have a weird period every now and again.
