    B movie name? Restrained vampire bites mans face off
    A guy is taunting a restrained vampire saying he(vamp) will make him immortal, and when he leans in the vampire bites his entire face off.
    A few minutes later he does come back but as a faceless gaping head with only a giant mouth full of teeth.
