I am the payee of my 40 year old son who is on social security disability
He has been in and out of jail for drugs & is currently in jail a charge that he will most likely have to stay in jail for a few months more once he goes to trail. If I contact Social security he will no longer have means to take care of him, no job, because of his mental disability he won't be able to get a job and make income to be cared for, housing, food etc. What do I do moving in with my husband and I is not a option, I fear he will end up on the streets, and his life would come to a end.. What do I Do concerned mom?
