State Water Heater w/Power Vent – Censible, Model PRV 50
I am having trouble with my water heater pilot not igniting. The Water heater is 1 1/2 years old with electronic ignition. The ignite gets "red hot" but does not light the burner. I suspect there is a problem with the gas valve or something needs cleaned or adjusted.

That link is not right, Parttime...;) Here is the correct link, 57Trout:

State Industries | Customer Service | Cross Reference Guide

Power vent water heaters are VERY hard to troubleshoot over the internet, typing back and forth and back and forth. Contact State industries at the link above and talk with tech. support when they contact you. Have an electrical tester handy and they should be able to zone you in on the exact issue. For now, my guess is that the power vent is having a problem...;)

    Good luck!
