    Release problem
    My age is 20 and I am male if I have errection then suddenly some liquid type thing is release in my penis. And waste a lot my energy and my sex timing is to short please suggest any thing to improve my timing

    That isn't that big of a problem to be honest. It happens to a lot of people, first off experience helps. Also look into condoms and more specific the desensitizing condoms, these have a small numbing agent in them to allow you to last longer. Use them cautiously because you don't want to get them on backwards. Your little lady will not appreciate that. As well avoid grinding or stimulation on your part before penetration.

    As for the liquid... that is probably pre-ejaculate/lubricant. It is normal.
