Trouble with drains is that they usually are frozen outside, and you just have to wait. Scoop out your toilet, dump that outside, and put some hot water and a drop of bleach in for now. And go in a bucket. Your big concern is frozen water supply lines. Leave faucets open just a tiny bit.
