    Pink cottage cheese discharge
    I had sex with my boyfriend 3 days ago. He asked if I'd been with anyone else because his penis was red and itchy! I go to the bathroom today and find I have a pink cottage cheese discharge :( ack! Is this a yeast infection?

    It could be though the discharge is usually white not pink. If there's some minor bleeding then it could be pink. Women are much more susceptible to yeast infections which makes his red and itchy penis a little concerning.

    I would get both of you to go to your doctors to get this looked at. Get a full STI test as well. I don't think it is an STI but it is better safe than sorry. What your boyfriend might had is thrush which is just a fancy way of saying yeast infection outside of a woman's vagina.

    Go to a doctor. The trip is never wasted.
