    Disability and income tax
    I worked 3 months of the past year and then no income and received ss disability for 4 months of the year, should I file taxes.

    Yes - the SS will be under the limit and the wages will probably provide a refund.
    You can do the worksheet for the EIC (earned income credit) too. And no, you don't have to have children, as many seem to think.
