    Abandoned mobile home tile in Ohio
    We were given an abandoned mobile home, how do we obtain a title for Ohio?

    With extreme difficulty, if the party giving it to you never had title to it.
    Get all numbers you can find off any plaques, including the year built, and go to your DMV website for Ohio.
    Some of these horror stories go on for years, if previous owners can't be identified, and manufacturers are long gone.
    And that's why they are given away!
