    Kitchen Faucet Repair Failure
I was repairing a Delta kitchen faucet today and changing the control lever stems. Once I got them changed and turned on the water supply I found the control lever did not control the water flow. Water flows at the same speed whether I have the faucet handle in the off position or on position. I apparently missed something in the installation process. Does anyone have any ideas?

    Thanks,
    Roach

I finally fixed it. It was the seat and spring that were not properly inserted.

Those lil' buggers like to pop back out -- Next time try coating the spring and seat with a heavy silicone plumbers lube, this will keep them in place while you reassemble the rest of the faucet.

Then remove the aerator and flush out both sides for about a minute each.
