    Judgement against me for a foreclosed home
    I have a judgement against me for a foreclosed home. Do I still qualify for mortgage foregiveness?

    Was this a second mortgage you defaulted on that resulted in the judgement...meaning a loan for something else that was only secured by the equity of the home? Or the principle mortgage itself?
