    Periods after Unilateral Salpingo Oopherectomy
I had an emergency Unilateral Salpingo Oophorectomy on November 20, 2013 due to an ectopic pregnancy that burst my fallopian tube. I had a period starting November 24, 2013 that was normal but haven't started another period since and today would make me on the 35th day. My cycles are usually 28 days. My HCG levels also have not completely gone away, only lowered. Is it normal that I haven't started my period? Is it possible that I will just miss this period entirely?

This far out from your surgery you should not have any hcg levels in your blood or urine. Is it possible you are pregnant again?
