I usually get sore breasts before my periods, but I have not had it the last three periods. My breasts are extremely tender and my nipples are even worse. I've never had the nipple soreness before now. How do I know if its just my period coming or I'm pregnant? I have also been having these cramps that I assumed was ovulation cramps only they have been on both sides (every website says it should just be one sided) and they have been going on for 5 days now. Any advice?

If you haven't had your period in the last three months, why haven't you taken a pregnancy test?

Yes, you need to understand, that fro every web site that tells you it is a sign, a dozen other will tell you it is something else.

These are all signs of pregnancy, and they are not,because they are other things also.

The only real sign is a missed period.

If you have missed your period for three months, then it is time for a pregnancy test, and to see your doctor.
