I usually get sore breasts before my periods, but I have not had it the last three periods. My breasts are extremely tender and my nipples are even worse. I've never had the nipple soreness before now. How do I know if its just my period coming or I'm pregnant? I have also been having these cramps that I assumed was ovulation cramps only they have been on both sides (every website says it should just be one sided) and they have been going on for 5 days now. Any advice?

The only real sign is a missed period.
