    Rights While on Probation
    Can I tell my probation officer in Washington state that I want to transfer my probation status to Michigan where my sister has offered me a place to live? I am homeless in WA and I want out of this state where all my using friends keep tempting me.

    No, you cannot TELL your probation to transfer you.. You can REQUEST a transfer and if you meet the criteria, you'll get it.

    Agree, you go in and politely ask. There will be rules to follow to get it. And it can take some times.
