    Goodman heater troubleshooting
    I have a goodman gmh9 model. The draft inducer comes on and then stops and I get a trouble reading that says reverse polarity. Should I replace the inducer?

    Most likely the control board is bad but before replacing, use a voltmerer to check the black incoming wire measures +/- 120 volts AC to ground & the white virtually nothing to ground.
