Try to put the thermostat fan control on ON instead of AUTO and report back on the outcome. In other words did the blower come on ?

That was the answer I was looking for. It seems the indoor blower fan relay is not working. Usually this relay is located on a circuit board and that means you will have to replace the board.

You might also check to be sure the G (GREEN) wire is attached to the thermostat and also at the indoor low voltage terminal strip since the green wire is what triggers the blower to come on in the A/C mode.

Post the EXACT model number of the indoor unit and I will see if I can find a wiring diagram to be sure of the part.

The model number is GMS80703AN. Just as a little back info the furnace was installed in October.

The unit is still under warranty so I would not mess with it and call the company that installed it. Since it is in its first year of usage both parts and labor should be covered.

Here is your manual with wiring diagrams

The only problem with that is we installed it ourselves. Could the circuit board on the furnace be bad.

Yes it is possible BUT it should be tested by a person who knows what they are doing before replacing.
